Befriending Your Body is a structured eight week program that supports people who want a healthier, more compassionate relationship with food and their body. Through somatic self compassion, embodiment practices, and mind body education, you will learn how your emotions, body cues, and nervous system work together and how to support them in a grounded, non diet approach.
Each week offers teaching, guided practices, and opportunities to reconnect with your internal world in a safe and encouraging way. You will explore interoceptive awareness, emotional regulation tools, body trust, and gentle nourishment skills that help you step out of perfectionism and into more ease with yourself.
If you are looking for guided support beyond one to one sessions and want to build skills that last, this program gives you a clear path forward. It is a space to explore body image healing, emotional steadiness, and the food mood connection without shame, pressure, or urgency.
