Holistic Coaching for Body Trust and Empowerment

Coaching is a powerful option if you want guidance, accountability, and support without the depth of therapy. It is forward focused, practical, and centered on creating meaningful shifts in your daily life.

Through intuitive eating principles, mindful self compassion, and holistic mind body tools, my coaching helps you build confidence, reconnect with your body, and step into a life that feels more aligned.

I offer coaching in-person in Olympia, WA and virtually throughout the United States.

What Holistic Coaching Is

Holistic Coaching is for people who want clear guidance, new skills, and a supportive companion as they move through personal growth. Together, we explore the patterns that keep you stuck and build tools that help you move toward confidence, self trust, and inner steadiness.

My coaching blends intuitive eating, mindful self-compassion practices, empowerment work, and body trust education. The goal is not perfection. The goal is clarity, compassion, and a deeper connection with yourself.

This work is warm, collaborative, and grounded. You set the pace, and I support you in ways that feel encouraging and realistic.

How Holistic Coaching Is Different From Therapy

Coaching is not therapy, and it does not replace therapy.

Here is how to tell the difference:

Coaching is for you if you want:
• guidance, structure, and accountability
• practical skills you can use right away
• support with body confidence and self compassion
• help shifting habits, patterns, and mindset
• intuitive eating foundations
• empowerment and personal alignment
• non clinical emotional support
• services available outside Washington State

Coaching is not for you if you need:
• trauma processing
• deep emotional or relational work
• diagnostic or clinical support
• treatment for anxiety or disordered eating
• crisis or safety interventions
• therapy that is restricted to WA State residents

If you live in Washington and discover you want therapy instead, we can explore that together.

Who Coaching Is For

Coaching may be a good fit if you:
• feel disconnected from your body
• struggle with self criticism or perfectionism
• want help trusting your inner wisdom
• feel pressured by diet culture or appearance expectations
• want clarity around intuitive eating
• crave more alignment and confidence
• want support without therapy
• want a compassionate guide on your growth journey

You do not need to arrive confident or clear. This is a space where you can explore, learn, and grow without judgment.

My Approach to Coaching

My coaching is shaped by my training as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, and my upcoming International Coaching Federation certification. While coaching is not therapy, this background helps me bring a level of depth, understanding, and compassion to your experience.

In our work together, we explore intuitive eating and nourishment rhythms, mindful self compassion, and the internal cues your body uses to communicate its needs. We look at the patterns that contribute to pressure and self judgment and practice ways to soften them. We also focus on values based empowerment and sustainable habits that feel personal, not performative. Over time, these tools help you feel more confident, more visible in your own life, and more aligned with who you truly are.

The focus is always on growth, not perfection. We work as a team and stay curious about what helps you feel stronger and more connected to yourself.

What to Expect in Coaching Sessions

Coaching sessions are practical, encouraging, and designed to give you tools you can use in your daily life. Our time together may include guided reflection, gentle mindfulness practices, intuitive eating education, or body trust support. We might explore small mindset shifts, create practices for between sessions, or talk through what feels challenging so you can move forward with more clarity and steadiness.

Everything is tailored to your goals. You decide what matters most, and I help you take meaningful steps toward the life you want to build.

FAQs about Holistic Coaching

  • Coaching and therapy are two very different types of support. Coaching is future oriented and focused on building skills, confidence, and mindset shifts that help you move forward.

Therapy is a deeper process that explores emotions, patterns, and past experiences and is only available to Washington State residents. If you are unsure which one you need, we can talk through it during your consultation so you feel clear and supported.

  • No. Coaching is available to adults anywhere in the United States. This makes it a great option if you are outside Washington or simply want guidance and structure without entering a therapeutic relationship

  • We can, if it feels helpful for your goals. Coaching might include intuitive eating principles, body trust guidance, or support around your relationship with nourishment. It is never a weight focused approach and will always align with HAES values and non diet principles.

  • No. Coaching is not weight loss oriented. The work is centered on intuitive eating, body trust, self compassion, and building a healthier relationship with yourself. There is no dieting, restriction, or pressure to change your body.

  • The first coaching session is a gentle, open conversation. We explore what you are hoping for, what you want support with, and what feels important for your growth.

You are welcome to ask questions about the coaching process and share as much or as little as feels comfortable. The goal is to help you feel grounded, understood, and ready to move forward.
