Body Peace Reclaimed is a powerful 6-week live group experience beginning April 25th (in-person) or April 26th (online) designed to help you:

Not at all. You don’t have to love your body—just be willing to relate to it differently. Peace comes first.

Nope. No food rules, weight goals, or shame-based advice. We won’t be counting calories, tracking macros, or labeling foods as “good” or “bad.”
Instead, we’ll explore how to nourish your body in ways that feel grounded, satisfying, and sustainable—based on your unique needs, not external rules. The focus is on building trust, listening to your body’s cues, and healing your relationship with food and yourself.
This is about reclaiming your power, not shrinking to fit someone else’s idea of health.

Perfect. This program builds on those concepts with unique integration of mental health nutrition, nervous system support, and self-leadership.

No. This is a coaching-based, educational and empowerment experience informed by therapeutic tools like mindfulness, IFS, and body-based awareness. This class is not a substitute for mental health therapy. Participation does not establish a therapeutic relationship.

In order to maintain ethical boundaries, this group is not available to my current therapy clients. If you’re interested in these tools, let’s explore ways to integrate them into therapy.
